When our Founder Angela Cook began in the recruitment industry 20+ years ago, in a very short time she knew building relationships was one of her greatest strengths.  The satisfaction she continues to gain from interacting with Employrs and Job Seeker still drives her to this day and is what led her to step out on Faith and birth M'Ellange Talent.

With her desire to do more, she quickly realized that by diversifying her talent of tapping into Top Talent, she would be more impactful being a point of resource for Job Hunters and Employers. By merging both services, her ultimate goal is achieved because Everyone wins!
